Team Coach / Program Manager

In this role, you will develop a team of coaches focused on identifying talented young children from school talent programs, the club pre-dive gymnastic programs, and the club recreational programs. You will also prepare divers with detailed methodical physical and technical periodisation for open, provincial, national, and international competitions as selected and those divers selected for assessment camps to perform at their maximum potential.
